Our History
The Association of Haitian Educators of Dade has been in existence since 1989. It was founded because of the need for an organization capable of championing the educational rights of the Haitian community.
Our Mission
The mission of the Association of Haitian Educators of Dade (AHED) is to promote professional growth and development of all educators by facilitating programs that encourage and support teaching performance, parental involvement, and enhance students’ growth in order to become productive members of the global society.
